Delivery information

We offer delivery with DHL within Sweden.
Free shipping applies to orders over 599 kronor; otherwise, a shipping fee of 99 kronor will be added.

For customers in Norway, we offer delivery with UPS.
Customs and VAT included for deliveries to Norway - we ship DDP.
Free shipping applies to orders over 999 kronor.

Delivery terms are also displayed at checkout under the respective delivery option. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 30 days. Any deviation from the delivery time is indicated for each individual product.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delay. We will do our utmost to fulfill your order, but in some cases situations may arise where this is not possible, for example if our supplier or carrier is unable to fulfill its obligations.

We reserve the right to disclaim liability for compensation to the customer in the event of delivery delays.
